UKMHA Safety Alerts will be published regularly here on the UKMHA website.
They have been created by the UKMHA Technical Committee Members to highlight safety issues and near-misses using real-life examples. It is hoped that these will help others identify similar potential issues in their operations and implement change to avoid incidents occurring.
