Unfortunately, due to the many different types and brands of Lift Trucks on the market, we are unable to offer a servicing guide and you should always refer to the equipment manufacturer’s guidelines but, in addition to mechanical inspections, it is essential to ensure that all safety related items are checked and adjusted, as may be necessary.
It’s the same answer really for Method Statements, this is your method statement and is specific to the task being undertaken. It should, as a minimum, identify to the customer your qualifications to do the job, your indemnities and insurances, your safety policies. It should detail the work to be undertaken and draw attention to any specific risks that may be created as a result of and during your work on site.
