Lift Truck Hydraulics Training – Part 1

The learner will gain a thorough understanding of:

• Working safely with and around hydraulics / mast assemblies
• The principles of hydraulics including pascals law
• Identifying basic individual components and describing their function
• Identifying and describing cylinder types and functions
• Identifying hydraulic components and their symbols
• Basic hydraulic circuits with manual control levers
• The use a pressure and flow gauge to check the functionality of components within a circuit.
