The UKMHA offers a dedicated Commercial Legal advice service to its members. The service, which is included free as a benefit of membership, is supplied by consultancy Quest. The service includes a 365-day telephone helpline offering advice on a range of Commercial Legal matters, plus access to a dedicated Information and Knowledge Hub.
The service is particularly useful for small businesses and sole traders who may not have any in-house legal provision.
