Jungheinrich Accelerates Growth across UK Partner Network
Jungheinrich UK is investing in the expansion of its Partner Channel as part of its long-term strategy to help dealers develop their offering, access industry-leading products, and benefit from dedicated commercial and technical support.
The company is now inviting established independent forklift dealers, regional materials handling specialists and other experienced industry businesses to explore opportunities to become part of the growing Jungheinrich UK network. These partners will complement Jungheinrich’s established direct sales and service operation, creating an additional route through which customers can access the company’s materials handling equipment and wider industry expertise. By combining the local knowledge, established relationships and responsiveness of independent partners with Jungheinrich’s brand, product portfolio and technical capabilities, this network will give dealers the tools and support to expand their offering with complete confidence.
Stephen Saunders, Managing Director of Jungheinrich UK, said:
“This is an exciting new chapter for dealers across the country and Jungheinrich UK. Expanding our dealer network creates new opportunities for ambitious businesses to grow with the backing of our products, quality, expertise and support, all underpinned by the strength and innovation of our global brand. For us, this is about carefully selecting knowledgeable and experienced dealers and building longterm partnerships that simultaneously help their businesses to grow and deliver even greater value and an outstanding experience for our customers, wherever they operate.”
A partnership built around shared opportunity
Jungheinrich UK is looking to partner with ambitious, customer-focused businesses that understand their local markets and see an opportunity to broaden the range of solutions they can offer. Partners will have the opportunity to build their Jungheinrich proposition in a way that reflects their existing capabilities, customer base and growth ambitions. This will be supported by access to relevant products and services, alongside product knowledge, technical expertise, aftersales support, sales tools and marketing resources.
The programme is being led by Nick Smith, Dealer Network Development Manager at Jungheinrich UK. He said:
“There are many excellent independent materials handling businesses across the UK with strong customer relationships, experienced teams and a detailed understanding of their local markets. We believe there is a real opportunity to bring those strengths together with Jungheinrich’s products, expertise and support.”
Strengthening the customer experience
Further development of the dealer network forms part of Jungheinrich’s wider commitment to expanding its presence in the UK and supporting customers across a broad range of industries, applications and fleet sizes.
Partners will operate alongside Jungheinrich’s direct organisation, playing a valuable part of strengthening its regional coverage, while helping improve the business’ ability to respond to specific customer requirements.
Jungheinrich is taking a considered approach to the growth of the network, focusing on businesses with complementary values, including strong customer relationships and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Nick said: “We want to work with high quality, professional businesses looking to grow, and who believe partnering with Jungheinrich could truly strengthen their customer proposition. We’re expanding our network with a long-term vision in mind, and we are looking forward to building a collaborative team, where partners feel supported, valued, and confident representing the Jungheinrich brand for years to come.” Independent dealers and materials handling businesses interested in exploring a partnership with Jungheinrich UK can contact Nick Smith.
